What is MyCare.scot?

MyCare.scot lets you view your health and care information online.

The service aims to give people in Scotland personalised access to their health and care information.

It’s run by Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland), created in partnership with the Scottish Government and the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA).

We’ve been working with the public and workers from health and care services across Scotland to develop this online service.

What you can do with MyCare.scot

Right now, you can use this service to check:

  • your medicine and allergy information
  • health and care services near you
  • your Community Health Index (CHI) number
  • some of your vaccination records from 2021 onwards
  • some of the details NHS Scotland has stored about you – like your home address

We will update this service with more features soon.
