Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA)
A Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) is a process that helps identify and minimise data protection risks and also shows how organisations are complying with their obligations under data protection law. This document is a high-level DPIA designed to inform users and the public how MyCare.scot works.
Equality Impact Assessment (EQIA)
MyCare.scot web and mobile applications are part of the Digital Front Door programme being delivered jointly by the Scottish Government and COSLA. Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland) is the technical delivery partner. The Scottish Government EQIA provides the strategic framing and governance perspective, whilst the PSD Scotland EQIA focuses on the technical design, delivery and user experience. Together they ensure that equality considerations are embedded from policy through to implementation.
